Quality Assurance All products are checked to ensure
the highest quality of craftsmanship prior to delivery.
We are pleased to guarantee all our products against
the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects for a
period of 3 months and we reserve the right to repair
or exchange any goods within that period free of charge.
Returns and Exchanges
Southern Gem Displays Limited offers a 30 day exchange
or refund policy on any of our products purchased online,
provided it is returned in a pristine condition with
the original purchase receipt and packaging,. Please
insure your return package against loss in transit. Southern
Gem Displays Limited cannot take responsibility for lost
packages, or for receiving packages that are damaged
while in transit.
In order to cover costs all refunds are subject to a £10.00
administration charge.

Items may either be mailed back to us or brought into
our office. Your refund will be credited to your credit
card. Certain items, however, may not be returned:
• Special Orders (items that have been custom made that
we do not normally stock).
